  Please ensure your air conditioner is installed properly as per TORONTO MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 629, PROPERTY STANDARDS.

   

  Air conditioners must be installed safely and securely. Air conditioners cannot drip water over the balcony or damage the building.
