  Please remember York Condominium Corporation No. 41 Rules and Regulations No. 17, which states “each owner shall keep clean the balcony, together with its partition walls”.

   

  Pigeon Netting: Residents are asked to keep their balcony clean and to check pigeon netting for any debris that is caught in the netting.

   

  Balcony Gardening:  No flower pots are permitted on the outside of window sills and balcony railings (YCC #41 Rule #12); flower pots could fall and harm persons or property below.

  The balconies are common elements and are not to be used in any fashion that could cause damage or shorten their lifespan and warranty; drilling to the balcony damages the balcony’s membrane and thus compromises the warranty. Do not drill into the balconies to install handing flower pots.
