  BLACK GARBAGE BAGs in Recycling Bins

   

  Black garbage bag CAN NOT put in the recycling bin. When the City of Toronto Inspectors finds green or black garbage bags in our recycling bins, the whole bin is tagged and picked up as garbage and not recycling.

  Recycling pickup is free but the Corporation pays for garbage pickup. Placing black or green bags in the recycling bin cost us all.

   If you must use bags for your recycling please make sure they are CLEAR BAGS. 

  Do not put black or green garbage bags in the recycling bin.
