Mandatory Annual Fire System Testing,
December 12 & 13, 2023:
Access to all Units is required in order to test and inspect the smoke detector and speaker. This testing is required and ordered by Toronto fire services.
Tuesday December 12, 2023 – 17 to 7 Floors
Wednesday December 13 2023 – 6 to 1 Floors
Be at home or leave a key with the YCC #41 Office.
Units that refuse or fail inspection or deny entry will be charged a fee for a second inspection.
The fire alarm and speakers will be set off during the testing process.
