To Residents, Decluttering? Moving Out? When you are moving out or decluttering your unit, please ensure you hire a junk removal company. Asphalt Repair The asphalt driveway and parking lot is scheduled for repair on May 5 2024 (weather permitting). To Residents, Re: Recreational Scooters, Mopeds and Gas Powered Bicycles …etc. Recreational Scooters, Mopeds and Gas Powered Bicycles are not permitted inside the units. Recreational Scooters and Gas Powered Bicycles should be parked in the underground garage. All seasonal recreational equipment (balls, bicycles, skate boards, roller blades …etc.) is to be used outside only in the back of property near the playground.
