  Please send children to playground to play.

  All seasonal recreational equipment (balls, bicycles, skate boards, roller blades …etc.) is to be used outside only in the back of property near the playground.

   

  Do not play on the grass at the front of the building.

  The front of the building’s landscaping is for the enjoyment of all residents, not for personal use.
