Re: May 6, 2026, No Power in Building
The Legend Power Systems SmartGATE platform will be serviced on May 6, 2026. This device helps to prevent power surges, regulate and optimise the electricity coming into the building.
The annual service to the Legend Power Systems SmartGATE platform will take place on May 6, 2026. The power to the building will be shut off 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM on May 6, 2026.
· The electricity (power) will shut down during the installation process (ex. television, internet, lights ...etc. will not work).
· The water will be shut off. Please ensure you have enough water for your personal use on May 6, 2026 and that all your taps are turned off.
· Elevators will not be working. If you do use the stairs, have a flask light with you, as the emergency lighting will only last two hours. Please ensure you have a flashlight.
· The Laundry Room, Gym Room and Garbage Room will be closed.
