Underground Garage Power Cleaning
The underground garage will be power washed on April 10 & April 11, 2025
Thursday April 10, 2025: Parking Spots: #1 - #133
Friday April 11, 2025: Parking Spots: #134 - #224
It’s important to remove your vehicle from the underground garage on your assigned day by 8 a.m. You will be able to return your vehicle to the underground garage after 6 p.m.
Be advised, York Condominium Corporation No. 41 is not responsible for any damaged vehicles that are not removed from the underground garage during the power cleaning.
Do not park in the fire route. If you do you will be towed.
